Photos

You upload two photos: one person who walks in, and one person who holds the door. We store those files so the video can be made. We also send them to the video provider that generates the result. We do not show your photos to other customers, and we do not use them to train our own model.

We delete our copy of each photo within 24 hours of the upload, whether or not the video finishes. That includes a photo you uploaded and then did not generate. The video provider receives the photos in order to make the video. We do not control how long that provider keeps its own copy.

The finished video

A completed video, and its thumbnail, stay on our storage for 30 days. After that we delete them. Download a video you want to keep before then. We do not show your video to other customers.

Delete sooner

Open the video in My creations, then choose Delete creation. That removes our copy of the photos and the video. Deletion is for your files. It does not refund Credits already spent on a delivered video. The Refund Policy covers Credits.

Account and payment

If you sign in with email, we store that email address to send the sign-in code or link. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account details Google shares for sign-in. Stripe processes the payment. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep the account, Credit balance, and purchase record so the service and billing can work.

To close the account, email support@pimpwalkentrance.com from the address on the account. Ask for a refund of eligible unused Credits first. Closing the account does not by itself restore a video that has already been deleted.
