What Pimp Walk Entrance does

Pimp Walk Entrance makes one kind of video. You upload two photos, choose who walks in and who holds the door, and we generate an approximately 19-second video from a prepared template. 720p uses 129 Credits. 1080p uses 199 Credits. The cost is shown before you generate. The finished video includes the sound from that template.

A third-party video model makes the result. Faces, hands, clothing, and motion can differ from your photos. We do not promise a particular look, and the video is not a recording of a real event. Pimp Walk Entrance is not affiliated with TikTok or CapCut.

Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You sign in with email or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Email support@pimpwalkentrance.com if you think someone else has used it.
• One person per account. Do not share or sell your account.

Credits and prices

• Credits are sold as one-time packs: Starter, Standard, and Value Pack. Nothing renews automatically.
• Each pack is valid for 365 days from purchase. Unused Credits expire after that. Credits are not cash, and they cannot be transferred or sold.
• Credits are held when a video starts. If generation fails, times out, or is stopped by a safety filter, those Credits return to your balance automatically.
• A video that is delivered has used its Credits, even if you do not like the result.
• The price you pay is the price shown at Stripe Checkout.

Payment through Stripe

Stripe processes the payment and your receipt. We never see or store your full card number. The name on your card statement is the business name shown at Stripe Checkout. Pimp Walk Entrance remains responsible for the service and your Credits.

Before you buy, you tick a box to confirm that you accept these terms and the Refund Policy.

Refunds

Credits you have not used can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits spent on a delivered video cannot. A failed video returns its Credits automatically. The details are in the Refund Policy.

Your photos and the finished video

• You keep your photos. You give us permission to store them and send them to the video provider only to make your video and operate the service.
• You may download and share the finished video where you have the rights to the photos, the people in them, and the template sound. The template sound belongs to its owner. Follow the rules of the platform where you post it.
• We do not show your photos or videos to other customers. Photos are deleted within 24 hours. A finished video is kept for 30 days unless you delete it sooner. The details are in the Privacy page. Download anything you want to keep.

Acceptable use

Upload a photo only if it shows you, or someone who has agreed to this use. Do not upload a child, even with a parent’s permission.

You may not use Pimp Walk Entrance to create or share:

• Sexual content, nudity, or an “undress” edit.
• Violent, hateful, or harassing content.
• Anything that sexualises or endangers a child, or shows someone who appears to be a minor.
• A video that presents a real person, including a celebrity or public figure, as doing or endorsing something they did not do.
• Photos, music, logos, or characters you do not have the right to use.

Do not present the video as real footage in order to deceive someone, and do not resell access to the service.

If something breaks these terms

We may refuse a photo or video, remove it, or suspend the account. Email support@pimpwalkentrance.com to appeal a decision or report a video that shows you without permission. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. We do not promise that it will always be online, or that a video will match what you hoped for. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Closing an account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account at support@pimpwalkentrance.com. Ask for a refund of eligible unused Credits first. If we close an account for fraud, abuse, or a serious breach of these terms, unused Credits may be forfeited where the law allows.
