Photos, a failed generation, and a payment question each have a different next step.
Photos. We send them to the video provider to make your video, do not use them to train our model, and delete our copy within 24 hours. Open a video in My creations and choose Delete creation to remove it sooner. Privacy
Generation failed. If it fails, times out, or is stopped by a safety filter, the Credits return automatically. A delivered video is not refunded when the face, clothes, or motion look wrong. support@pimpwalkentrance.com
Payment. Stripe emails the receipt. Unused Credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Refund Policy
